1. Acceptance

By using Roteie, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you disagree.

2. Service

Roteie is an independent AI-assisted script creation interface. It uses third-party language-model services to create and adapt short-video scripts for different audiences, languages, and markets. Roteie is not affiliated with those model providers. You must review output before publishing it.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity on your account.

4. Plans and payments

Free accounts include the generation allowance shown on the pricing page. Price, currency, taxes, automatic renewal, cancellation, and usage limits are shown before purchase.

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes, subscriptions, refunds, and fraud controls. Roteie does not store full card details and activates access only after a verified Creem webhook.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not generate illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Do not bypass usage or security controls.
• Do not resell the service or its databases.

6. Intellectual property

You may use generated scripts. Roteie's software, templates, and databases remain protected.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee error-free output, platform approval, engagement, or sales.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled through the payment provider portal identified at purchase. Paid access continues through the paid period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the terms shown at purchase. Violations may result in account suspension.
